About Me
Linda Brown’s education includes a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in rehabilitation, and has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) for over ten years. Her background includes owning and operating a health club where she established an in-house physical therapy clinic and Pilates studio for members wishing to optimize their athletic performance. For seven years, she was the director of the rehabilitation team at a local nursing home, helping elderly patients recover from injuries and surgeries, regain mobility, and enhance their physical and emotional well-being.
An avid, lifelong athlete with many accomplishments, Linda understands all of the aches and pains a weekend warrior or an elite level athlete experiences. She has completed grueling endurance races including American River 50-mile Run four times, Raid Gauloises 1000km Adventure Race, Racing the Planet 250km, primal quest adventure races and multiple marathons, ultra marathons, and 100-mile bike races as well.
Linda loves coaching people at all levels and has helped both runners and bikers through the finish line of short and long distance races.
